Loan Process

Our loan process depends on the proposal you are submitting. The time it takes will depend on the accuracy and how complete the information is submitted.

An application that is completed with all the necessary information will be funded more quickly than one where we have to request information that was left off of the application form.  

In most cases, more information will be required but usually is only asked for if the proposal has been reviewed and is considered one that we can successfully obtain financing.

The Online Application has been designed to ask the questions that the lenders require answers to.  This information is the minimum required to start the funding process.  

In some cases a Due Diligence and processing fee will be required after we review the information provided.  You will be notified if necessary.

Residential Mortgages are processed quickly and can be approved within a few days if all information is completed.
